What happens when a customer buys one of your works of art: :
Step 1: Shipment of work of art.
When one of your prototype work of art is sold you will receive a phone call, email or a fax containing the address of the buyer. The works of art along with all the legal paperwork must be sent via courier and always securely.
We can also be in charge of sending your works of art. In that case we will make any paper work and necessary receipts. Any shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
Step 2: Shipment Confirmation
As soon as the courier company receives the work of art, you must provide to us by phone, email or fax the package shipment number along with its shipment date.
Step 3: Payment
Gallery.gr gives a 5 day notice to each buyer from the day he receives the work of art. With in that period we will send to you the payment amount through bank deposit.
