What happens when a buyer returns a work of art?
The buyer will be able to return the work of art only if the information
you have provided is incorrect or in case the work of art has been
damaged due to improper packaging. In both cases, it’s the artist’s
obligation to look into these things. We then have to return the money to
the buyer and we will have to hold on the work of art as a guarantee until
the artist returns all the necessary funds.
I am an artist. How will you guarantee to me that the pictures of the work of art is safe on your web site?
For security purposes, all the pictures shown on our site are on a low analysis (72 DPI). This means that technically that can not be reproduced or re mastered.
Will you send photos of my works of art to me?
Of cource, they will be sent as soon as they are digitalized.
Who selects the works of art displayed on the
site and their prices?
The works of art selected and their prices are determined by the artist. We do not receive any commission for any sales made through our web site.
How do you guarantee that the payment was made by the customer?
The work of art is sent to the customer only when we have received the payment through the transactions methods described in the site.
